This course is great for lower-risk work environments such as offices, shops, or organisations with fewer than 100 employees. In this course, you will:

gain a basic unit in Emergency First Aid including CPR, defibrillators, recovery position, choking, wounds, shock, and seizures
complete the course in one day (9am to 4:30pm)
take part in four practical assessments and a multiple choice test
