Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment

Have your say on pharmacy services in the Wakefield District

Wakefield Council, the local NHS and other partners need your help. We’re looking at the pharmacy services in place across the district. We want to understand what our local people need, and how things might change in the future.

We’re asking for your views so we can make sure that your local pharmacies offer services, where and when you need them.

The results will help us plan and write a report, that is called a ‘Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment’. And you will also be able to give your views on what the report says before it is finished.

The survey takes just 10 minutes to complete online. It will close on 6 December, 2024.

There are no right or wrong answers to the questions. Please note, we will only be able to use complete surveys in the results.

Thank you very much for taking part.
