MyAccount gives you quick and easy access to a range of online services. You will receive faster responses and be able to track the progress of your requests. You can look at information about your neighbourhood, and find out when your next bin collection date is.
We are working on bringing more services into MyAccount, but if you can’t find the information there, you’ll be able to find it here on this website - just type your query into the search box above.

Secure Email System
We take our obligation to protect our customer’s information seriously at all times. As email is rapidly becoming the preferred method of communication, you can now send confidential information to us by email. The system we use is a web-based product called Cryptshare.

We're in Wakefield One, on Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB, behind the County Hall. The reception is open 8.30am-5pm and the Licensing counter is open 10am-3pm.
