Before you start your request
Requests for new grit bins are no longer being accepted. Unfortunately this is a service we can no longer fund.
Customers are advised to purchase salt/grit themselves from DIY stores in the absence of a nearby grit bin.
You will need to tell us:
- Where the grit bin is that needs refilling

If you wish to request a grit bin refill, please fill in our online form, after which we will receive an application number. If you provide us with an email address an automated acknowledgment of your request will be sent to you.
