- 92% of respondents did not disagree that Wakefield recognises the demands of a social worker. And provides them with the supervision and support they need
- 97% or respondents always or sometimes felt supported to manage their health and wellbeing
- 81% of respondents agreed they know how to access health and wellbeing help and support
- 92% of respondents said they always or sometimes receive updates from managers. And 81% had a positive response about the usefulness of the updates
