Pre-Main Modifications Consultation October 2022
The council had a pre-main modifications consultation on:
- new sites, reasons for accepting, rejecting or excluding sites
- green belt sensitivity testing of rejected site options
This took place from Thursday 27 October until 5pm Wednesday 7 December 2022. The purpose was to allow for comments to be received. These were used to inform the main modifications consultation.

Comments made should relate to:
- legal and procedural compliance
- the soundness of the modifications in the listed reports
The tests of soundness are in the National Planning Policy Framework
