Knottingley and Ferrybridge Masterplan

The Masterplan was approved by Cabinet on 12 January 2021 and is a material consideration when determining planning applications within the area covered by the masterplan. The masterplan comprises of:

• Knottingley and Ferrybridge Masterplan – Infrastructure, Delivery and Planning

City Fields, Wakefield Masterplan Framework
The Masterplan Framework was approved by Cabinet on 27 June 2017 and is a material consideration when determining planning applications within the area covered by the masterplan.

Aire River Growth Corridor Masterplan
The Masterplan was approved by Cabinet on 12 June 2018 and is a material consideration when determining planning applications within the area covered by the masterplan.

Castleford Strategic Regeneration Framework
The Masterplan Framework was approved by Cabinet on 11 October 2022 and is a material consideration when determining planning applications within the area covered by the masterplan.

Pontefract Masterplan
The Masterplan was approved by Cabinet on 16 March 2021 and is a material consideration when determining planning applications within the area covered by the masterplan.

Wakefield City Centre Masterplan
The Masterplan was approved by Cabinet on 15 February 2022 and is a material consideration when determining planning applications within the area covered by the masterplan.
