Hiring an event space
We currently have a number of spaces for hire across Wakefield City Centre for the purpose of the company and commercial promotion, event promotion, and information exchange.
We request that applications must be made no later than eight weeks before the date of the event.
Please note you will be required to submit the following with your application:
- Public liability Insurance Certificate
- Risk Assessment
- Copies of any printed materials
- Photo of setup including dimensions
Depending on the activities you have planned you may also be required to apply to the Safety Advisory Group (if this is the case you will be advised of this once your application has been received).
