This page contains some useful resources for health and care professionals. They can be used to help identify and support people with long-COVID.

The Primary Care Respiratory Society has provided the following leaflet: COVID-19: Identifying and managing COVID-19 in the community.

The World Health Organisation has provided a leaflet to support adults who are recovering from COVID-19. It can be used by individuals after hospitalisation from the illness and those in the community who did not need hospitalisation: Support for rehabilitation: self-management after COVID-19-related illness.
