Schools library service

  • SLS is open 8:30am – 5pm (8:30am – 4pm school summer holiday only). We are based at Normanton Depot, Block P, Altofts Road, WF6 2XA.

Please email the SLS Team on lib.sls@wakefield.gov.uk with your book orders and/or any other enquiries.

SLS is open to visitors. All visits, to select books, to drop-off or return books, are strictly by appointment for site H&S reasons. Please email the SLS Team  lib.sls@wakefield.gov.uk to arrange a visit.

The Schools Library Service supports learning in schools by providing quality resources, expertise, and advice.
