We are committed to making our facilities accessible to everyone. Here’s what we offer to ensure an inclusive experience:
General Accessibility
- all Aspire facilities are disability accessible
- our staff have received training on the use of hoists and accessibility
- each site has dedicated parking, toilets and changing facilities
- we offer reduced membership rates and activities for users with disabilities
- customers who need support can bring a 'Carer' for free

All our pools have specialist hoists to assist with getting in and out of the water. We also offer swimming lessons to all ages and abilities. For more information please email the team on aquatics@wakefield.gov.uk.
