First aid

View and book our available courses.

Each year, thousands of people are injured and even die in incidents. Many of these injuries and deaths could have been less serious if there had been first aid intervention before the emergency services took over.

Taking first aid training is an important step to help save a life, whether it is a colleague, family member or stranger.

Under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, employers in all workplaces are obligated to provide suitable:

  • first aid equipment
  • facilities
  • trained personnel to promptly assist employees in case of injury or illness at work

We offer a variety of different first aid courses to fit different needs, including paediatrics and emergency first aid. All courses are valid for 3 years.

This course is great for lower-risk work environments such as offices, shops, or organisations with fewer than 100 employees. In this course, you will:

  • complete the course in one day (9am to 4:30pm)
