In the pool

Pay and Play users are also welcome.

Class timetables can be found on our leisure centres and facilities page.

All our classes are taught by a qualified team of instructors. This is to make sure you get the most from your workout and work towards achieving your personal fitness goals.

Men should wear swim trunks or fitted swim shorts, and women should wear a comfortable swimsuit or tankini that allows for easy movement in the water.
