All our classes are taught by a qualified team of instructors. This is to make sure you get the most from your workout and work towards achieving your personal fitness goals.

Come dressed in comfortable, breathable non-restrictive clothing. Remember, our classes will get you moving! Don't forget to bring a towel to freshen up and a water bottle to hydrate (we have water fountains in every gym to refill any reusable water bottle).

It’s so easy to book classes on the Aspire App or on our website by simply selecting your chosen facility, viewing the class timetable, and finding a class and time that suits you!

Available studio classes

Active Lifestyles Circuit

A circuit session designed to be suitable for participants who are on any exercise referral scheme. Total body scaled workout.

Intensity Interval Training

Using your body weight and other functional equipment.

Barre

An exercise that blends elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, strength training and cardio into the workout. It consists of low-impact, high intensity and small, isometric movements focused on building strength and endurance. Barre is a full body exercise that will work every muscle, even ones that are under-utilised.

Body Tone / Total tone

Total body workout including exercises to strengthen and tone muscles.

Box Fit

Class based around boxing techniques and training. Use of boxing bags, focus pads and gloves and other exercises gives you that challenging boxing workout.

Clubbercise

Dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines taught in a nightclub atmosphere with rave glow sticks, lasers and disco lights.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga

Using principles of Yoga including postures and salutations in a dynamic class concept to develop strength, flexibility, balance and control.

Junior Gym

Supervised gym sessions for juniors.

Kettlebells

Strengthen and tone your entire body using Kettlebells in a varied functional class. Challenging and fun designed to help you hit your goals.

Legs, Bums, and Tums (LBT)

Class improve muscle tone in the legs glutes and stomach build stronger legs glutes and core.

Low Impact Circuit

Low impact cardio, resistance and body weight exercises delivered in an easy format giving you all fitness benefits in one class. Suitable for those who may have been through our Exercise on Referral programme.

Pilates / Fitness Pilates

A class using exercises to develop physical strength, flexibility, posture and balance whilst increasing your core strength.

Power Zone

A conditioning session with pulse raisers, using either body weight or weights. Doing maximum reps and continuous movement for a full body workout coordinated to music with timers and countdowns.

Rebuild and Reshape

A full body workout using your bodyweight and weighted equipment to tone and improve your strength.

Sweat 45 Conditioning

Burn through calories, improve your stamina, increase your strength. Using a variety of exercises with/out weighted equipment.

TRX

A bodyweight exercise class to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using a TRX suspension trainer.
